Trifle..Upgraded!!

**click at the picture 4 a better viewing :) yg depan tu trifle upgraded.yg blakang trifle biase..

Disebabkan belen2 strawberry ngan whipping cream tu masih ader..maka dgn rajinnyer ..here’s another dessert..jengjengjengg…Ekceli trifle ni lebih kurang macam trifle yg ader dlm tajuk lepas.cume kali ni aku wat 2 version. 1 version tu same macam yg sblum ni..just tambah 1 layer whipped cream .Yg dah di upgrade lak, aku wat just swiss roll+crushed strawberry+whipped cream

so,kalo nak cobak..please refer tajuk b4 nih.Kat sini aku just bagi care nak wat whipped cream tu ngan crushed strawberry.

Whipping cream:

  • pukul 1 cawan non dairy whipping cream dalam satu mangkuk yg dah di sejukkan dlm peti.
  • pukul sampai satu soft-peak muncul.

..:pesanan penaja:..

make sure mangkuk tu dah sejuk aa..kalo tak nnt kureng jadik.pastu jgn over beat.psl..kalo ter’over beat.nnt krim tu cair smule n takle di gunekan.

Crushed strawberry:

  • strawberry+2tbsp hersye’s strawberry syrup

..:pesanan penaja:..(untuk cara crushed strawberry yg lain.plz refer tajuk panna cotta)

Pastu just layer-layerkan swiss roll as a base,krim,buah..n so on..ikut suke nak baper layer…n keep chill 4 a few hours.pastu..sedia di ngap..eheheh

Copy_of_image050_copy_copy  I’ve been searching 4 a silky,creamy pudding all this week and i’ve found this recipe. "Panna cotta"..what the heck is Panna cotta??hehee..

"Panna cotta is an Italian phrase, which literally translating as "cooked cream"; it generally refers to a creamy, set Italian dessert from the Northern Italian region of Piedmont." -wikipedia.org

bile tgk part ingredients die..hmm..snang nak dpt.so i give it a try and here’s the recipe yg dah aku olah ikut sedap tekak aku.kehkehh..Resepi asal tu aku dapat dr www.epicurious.com

Vanilla Panna cotta with crushed strawberry compote

yield: 6 cups yg aku gune dlm gambo tuh

Ingredients

  • 1 cup non dairy whipping cream (liquid)
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp gelatin
  • a few drops of vanilla essence

how to make:

the panna cotta

  1. whipping cream+milk+sugar+vanilla in a pot n msk sampai didih
  2. larutkan gelatin dlm 1/4 cwn air
  3. masukkan larutan tu dlm pot td
  4. let it boil for another 2-3 minutes
  5. tuang dlm pudding cups
  6. simpan dlm peti sjuk (for 1 night!!)

for the compote:

what i did..

  1. aku bli skotak strawberry dr tesco.
  2. pehtu crushed dlm bentuk puree..
  3. add in sket Hersye’s strawberry syrup+strawberry filling

or alternatively bule gak wat compote nyer dgn cara nih..

  1. bli buah yg korang suke.
  2. buah+sket gule+1 tbsp air
  3. blend/crushed/puree kan bahan2 tu

bile nak makan baru ceduk sket compote tu atas pudding.

*whip cream tu dlm bentuk cecair.bule beli kat supermarket bahagian sejuk tu.die dlm kotak.kalo tak pun,carik kat kdai jual bahan bakery.aku gune yg non-dairy,die dh sedia manis.kalo beli yg tak manis..gule tu korang kena tambah la ek.ikut sedap tekak korang jerr..

*gelatin lak dlm bentuk serbuk.aku beli kat kdai bhn kek.kalo xdek..bule gune serbuk agar2.TAPI,jadikan serbuk tu 4 teasp.rasenye kat mesia nih gelatin yg di jual tu halal.tp kalo nak make sure bebetul..tgk le logo/tanye

TIPS..kalo nak wat panna cotta ni,buatla shari sblum nak makan.pasal nak kena simpan sejuk at least 1 malam. caye lah!! pudding tu makan mase sket nak beku.tapi it’s worth a try..the look and the taste is marvelous..hehehee..happy trying..
