wargghh..skrang ni dok demam kukus.apemenatang lak "demam kukus"tuh??hehehe..try tanyer kat dokto pun dokto kompius..

ekceli..weekend lepas aku baruuuu jek beli my 1st pengukus!!buat kukus kuih da…rembat kat pekan rabu,alor star.My mom nak blk kg..(slpas "menjaga" anak die+cucu die nih slame sebulan..) so bile hubby abih kursus je..kitorang berjalan2 le ke alor star b4 my mom tu balik.saje jek ajak g sane..tujuan aku ade 2.memula..nak beli kukus tu la..yg kedua lak..nak mapin(muffin) kenny roger’s..aiyoo..bule mimpi2 nak mkn mapin tuh:P skali aku borong mapin tu..sampai sedozen…bayo kempunan 3 bulan..hehhehe

cmne lak yg jadiknye "demam kukus"??..ape taknyer..asik nak mengukussss ajer kejenyer.dlm 2 ari..2 kek kukus aku test.memula kek besday hubby tu. pehtu..kek kukus buah yg nih…

mmg berbaloi gile membueknyer. cukup moist+cukup sedap+cukup berterabur buah2nye…yg tak cukup..kek nye ajer. 2 hari dh langsai..hahahhaa…resepi nih aku dapat dr blog masakan resepi diana..

hmm..dlm perancangan pehni nak ngukus apam plak..pehtu kek pisang ker..pehtu…pehtu…uuu..byknye nak di buat..hehehhe…silap aribulan aku lak yg macam pengukus tuh…wakakakka…

muahahaa..nampak gaye..mission accomplished. request dari my honey bunny for his birthday utk makan sesedap dah pun tercapai..heheh…i’ve baked a birthday cake n cook tenderloin steaks for him as a present.jenuh gak time wat preparation..mane nak carik resepinye..ngan risau takut resepi tak menjadik..ngan bz budak techik ni lagik..waduh2…

walaupun the birthday looks stupid!! and buruks!!..maklumle 1st time decorate bagai..tapi aku rase puas.the cake is a devil’s moist cake (which is actually a rich chocolate cake) n i just put chocolate ganache on top of it..n piped the wording using white choholate.hahah…laugh as u wish..mmg buruks giler tulisan tuh.gigil2 tangan time pipe tu tau…hahahha..seb baik the taste tak out!!

untuk steak lak..aku marinated for a night..pehtu sok pepagi grill kan atas non-stick frying pan ajer. pehtu makan ngan black pepper sauce.perghh..mmg sedap.ecececce…

whatever it is,his birthday request dah pun tercapai..eheheh..ni ler 1st time kitorang sambut birthday die..pasal last year, time birthday die kursus. la nih…sambut lambat sket.tapi..bersambut la jugakk….

hmm..nampak gaye mmg nak kena amik kelas deco cake nih…ehehhe..
